Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Tinker! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
In-Store Pickup We offer free in-store pickup at our Donaldsonville, LA location. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you come to pick up.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@gotinker.org with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — please contact us for inquiries.
