The Tinker Access Room is a private, affordable shared resource at 602 Railroad Avenue in Donaldsonville for focused work, interviews, meetings, photography, content creation, consulting, and quiet creative practice.
We are preparing the room now. Cleaning, final setup, safety checks, and photography are underway. Our target opening is late September, with an earlier launch possible if the room is ready.

If cost is a barrier for a charitable, community, or financial-need use, ask about sponsored hours. We want the room to enable good work—not keep people out.

How booking will work
- Choose an available hour or use a prepaid package.
- Enter your name, phone number, and email.
- Review and accept the room-use rules and waiver.
- Pay online to confirm the reservation.
Booking is paused while we finish preparing the room. Joining the waitlist does not create a reservation or charge you.
Room-use basics
Low-impact daytime use only. Reservations include setup and cleanup time. Users must leave the room ready for the next person, protect building access, and respect other tenants and guests. No overnight stays, smoking or vaping, open flames, illegal or unsafe activity, disruptive noise, amplified music or drums, or regulated personal services without prior approval and any required licensing and insurance.
