Stars, Stripes & Squish — September 11 STEM Day-Off Lab

Make the slime. Test the science. Build your own squishy.

Ascension Public Schools students are off on Friday, September 11, so Tinker CoLab is turning the afternoon into a hands-on STEM lab. Kids will mix their own red or blue slime, experiment with texture and elasticity, add white stars, and fill a clear squishy shell to take home.

What kids will do

• Measure and mix a slime base
• Explore how small ingredient changes affect stretch and texture
• Choose red or blue and add white star details
• Fill and finish a transparent take-home squishy

Friday, September 11 • 3:30–5:30 PM

Ages 5+ • Suggested donation: $15 per child

Children under 10 attend with an adult. Ages 10+ may be dropped off.

Registration is limited to 24 children. All workshop materials are included.
