Quick Start

1. Charge the unit using the included USB cable and wall adapter.
2. Plug lead wires into the channel outlets at the bottom of the device.
3. Snap electrode pads onto the wire fasteners.
4. Remove plastic backing, lightly dampen adhesive gel, and press pads firmly onto clean, dry skin near the area of pain or muscle targeting. Keep pads separated.
5. Slide the power switch to ON.
6. Press the M (Mode) button to select from 12 therapies. Use + and - to adjust intensity.
7. Press T (Timer) to set session duration (default 20 min, max 60 min).

Safety

• Do not place pads over the spine, chest, neck, face, or groin.
• Do not use over open wounds, rashes, or infected skin.
• Not for use with pacemakers or implanted electronic medical devices.
• Do not use while driving, operating machinery, or bathing.

Pad Care

After each session, unplug pads, rinse under cold running water, and store face-down on the plastic pad holder to dry.
